Who I Am

Fifteen years ago, I made a career pivot. After more than a decade in corporate positions for consulting and tech companies, I was ready for a change. So I made it.

Since then, I built my own training/coaching business, working with adults 40+ to help them find their version of work/life balance. Along the way, I developed the coaching program for a noted Boston-based academic medical center’s concierge and executive health practices where I did similar work.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Executive Coach. I trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and Keystone Partners respectively. In my spare time, I’m a competitive equestrian, an avid cross-country skier and spend as much time as I can in the garden.

What I Do

I help my clients to bridge the gap between medical and career advice and meaningful action. Because we all know what we should do. The challenge is integrating those recommendations into our already full and demanding lives.

We start the process by defining what your best health and most balanced professional life looks like. We assess your lifestyle practices around fitness, sleep and stress management. Then, we set the goals and build the systems and habits that make your vision attainable.

We include strategies for proactive aging and maintaining your best health through the life transitions we all go through. Before our work together concludes, we ensure that you have the tools you need to sustain the progress you made long-term.

We begin with a six-session engagement, with the option to extend our work together.

Schedule a 15-minute complimentary consultation to discuss your interests and how we might work together.
